I am very impressed at how quickly ChefEquipment.com is able to turn an order around. They have the merchandise my organization requires so whenever I need to top up my stick, they are ready. My most recent order came minus a few items because one of their distribution centres was all out but after I notified them, they quickly dispatched the balance of the order from another centre in Canada and I got it within days. Customer service is very responsive. I would recommend following up with a phone call after you submit an email just to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
