Knife is great like all Zwilling Pro line knives, although the packaging and knife handle had quite a bit of wear when it got here - like it was crushed in a box for too long. Not the end of the world when you are rushing to get something under the tree.
Shipping was fast just before Christmas. Would buy from ChefEquipment.com again in the future.
