I am not a chef, nor do I work in a restaurant. I bought Japanese knives, cutlery and other items from ChefEquipment strictly for home use. I cannot praise them enough, excellent prices (better even then Amazon, and best all around), wonderful service (they ordered one knife just for me when I asked because they had no stock), fast shipping and a clear and easy to use web shop. Really, I can’t even suggest any improvement.
