I am very pleased with my new Matfer pans. This was my first purchase from ChefEquipment.com. My order arrived quickly and their prices were better than Amazon. I discovered them quite accidentally. Will definitely be checking with them for future purchases. I am a home cook and very pleased to find a source of quality kitchenware.
