I was hesitant to purchase cutlet with seeing/holding it, but the Browne Modena cutlery looks nice and is perfectly weighted.
The.pan I ordered arrived damaged due to the way it was packed and when I reached out to ChefEquipment they sent a replacement without hesitation.
All in all, I'm thrilled!
