I was a bit sceptical about trying this company because there were some less than satisfied clients that had written reviews. After thinking about those complaints and the resolutions I determined that I would be ok with the resolutions the company offered in the various situations so I would give it a whirl. So glad I did. Glasses arrived in a reasonable timeframe (especially given the Postal strike), were as ordered and have been happily using them ever since. Great experience.
