The entire order experience was embarrassingly bad. I placed an order on April 6. 2 weeks later, without seeing an update on the Day&Ross (delivery provider) tracking page, I called and found out they tried, unsuccessfully, to deliver the chairs to somewhere in Ontario (despite thee fact that I’m in BC). Customer service at ChefEquipment told me the order had already been routed to my correct address. Days later, I called Day & Ross, and they confirmed the chairs were still in the warehouse in Ontario. Fortunately, ChefEquipment finally just gave up and canceled my order on April 29. Today (May 7) Day&Ross called to proudly tell me they were ready to deliver my chairs. I laughed and told them I’d received a full refund and to not deliver the chairs. I’m guessing they’re normally better than this - maybe larger orders are easier for them - but this was one of the worst buying experiences I’ve had.
