If only giving zero stars was an option. Ordered placed Nov 22, 2021. Shipping to arrive Dec 7. Never arrived. Tracking number provided is invalid. No answer at phone, no replies to multiple emails, and no chat agents available. Out $63 and no Christmas gift for my son.
