I am really disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service of chelsea megastore. I have trying to contact them more than a month now, recently I ordered personalized outfit for my brother’s birthday and it took more than 1 month to deliver, now what should I do with that item, very poor customer service, one of the guy was very rude as well, email upon email they are just trying to waste my time, such a scammers
