Ordered on 20 July - still waiting a month later. Sent an email last week and still no follow up from the store. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.....It is amazing how many places manage to get it so right - I have never had an issue ordering online before and in fact generally pleasantly surprised that they have delivered beyond expectations (eg Boden; Next). How can this store be so bad?
