With ChemCloud, you're treated like family. Their prices are unbeatable and they always offer a free sample for your lab on every order. A few times their samples have been extremely generous as well. They are always my go-to when I need these chemicals for calibration and research purposes. They always respond to my emails in a timely manner as well. Out of 6 or 7 different orders I have only never received one, which might be my fault because I chose more weight than I probably should have. That being said, they shipped a replacement to me at half price and broken into two separate shipments - but at the time of writing this I'm still waiting the replacement but it's only been ~10 days so I'm not too concerned there. Overall, I wish more vendors were this personal and and transparent. They just may need to look into upping their shipping practices to prevent more delays/errors in delivery. Especially if NL outgoing/incoming mail is under increased scrutiny.
