Very poor quality - especially the chain. The 100% Happiness guarantee is worthless - they only refund for damaged goods. Buyer Beware! No Country of Origin shown but they claim their products are "made in America by working moms". Perhaps engraved products are personalized in America but not the actual product. The box, however, is clearly marked Box Made in America.
