Do not use this company. The pendant ordered was smeared and illegible. I was also sent numerous emails due to late arrival with the explanation as follow...we are sorry for your delayed order. Due to the pandemic our machines and quality of our products have been compromised. I was very disappointed. When I tried to exchange or request refund...after 3 attempts I just gave up. My 2 year old granddaughter does better work.
