I ordered 2 heart necklaces. I got them for my granddaughter and myself. My daughter passed away on January 10th. She loved ladybugs. When I saw them online they were beautiful and just what we needed. Was so excited. When mine came I was so disappointed. Everything is so small I cannot see the writing or anything. Maybe I didn’t read the fine print. Would like to return mine if possible for a refund. I was happy with the swiftness of the delivery. I just can’t read it. Thanks so much. Patty Pokki
