the whole ordering process was comfortable and superb. at first i felt worried about sending my mum’s ashes but they kept me up to date with every process while making the ring (making me aware that it was my mum’s ashes they were using) and also sent the rest of the ashes that was unused back, along with the ring. they told me postage would be secure and safe, and it was! i work shopfloor in a builders merchants and my ring is still perfect two years later, minus scratches on the resin. i wish they’d consider glass as a more valued priced item, glass doesn’t fade or get damaged as much as resin and would last so much longer
