Second ring purchased from this company and both times I’ve been extremely impressed with the process. Communication is great as they let you know the ashes have arrived (always worries me) and updates you through the process so you’re not left waiting around. And then to top it off the products themselves are beautiful! So lovely to be able to have both my boys with me on my hand. Thank you
