Simple process and very helpful customer services i brought 3 items 2 engraved necklaces for my daughters in sterling silver and myself a gold ring also engraved, they arrived back quicker than i expected, packaged absolutely beautifully the bags were marked so we could all open our own items which was lovely and the jewellery itself is such lovely quality my ring is nice thick gold so will wear well over the coming years. I'm very happy with our jewellery and it means we have a piece of my parents with us always
