I won October’s competition for a free piece of jewellery. I am so incredibly thankful. I lost Reggie, my bearded dragon at the beginning of October. He was my baby and my world revolves around him so I knew I wanted something special to remember him by. The whole process was incredibly smooth and hassle free, even though I won their competition and wasn’t paying I was treated with as much respect and compassion as any other customer. I was able to pick my jewellery from their wide range and soon after I received my pack in the mail. I decided to pay for recorded/signed for delivery for extra peace of mind but it did come with free postage. I received regular updates on the process and despite them having a large influx of orders I received my ring in the post shortly after Reggies ashes were received by them. His ashes were sent back in a pouch and the ring came in a lovely gift box.
