Very professional and understanding and offered a quality service - received my item of jewellery (a ring with ashes in) and was so pleased with the product .... very pretty and to be cherished as a memory of someone very close to me - WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND and should the occasion arise in the future would not hesitate to use Cherished Urns again 10/10!
