Skipton store, many hours searching for an emtb, wandered in and spoke to Chris, we agreed, it was fate that the Whyte e150 should be there and waiting for me. Seriously, he put no pressure on me, evaluated how much I knew and listened. I made my own decision but he seemed genuinely happy to have helped me find what I needed. Second bike I have bought from them. Very content with the whole, potentially stressful process. John
