Just purchased a new TREK ebike from the Skipton store (as that was the store I could view the bike visually).
However Customer service was fantastic at the Otley store also (were I first made enquiries regarding ebikes). Excellent friendly service by Mark @ Skipton as well as Harry & Sanjay @ Otley. Nothing was too much trouble.
Otley were great too regarding booking some Demo ebikes out for the day. Highly recommend & professional company.
