Started the day with an e bike which was seriously unhappy but spoke with Sanjay who suggested I call in with it so he could take a look.
Sorted it very quickly with no drama. Happy days!
Took the opportunity to have a peek at their superb stock of bikes. Great friendly, helpful staff, no pressure, no judgement ( over user error!) either.
