Ordered red mite powder and lice powder for chickens who already had lice/mites. Delivery was supposed to be within a week but the products didn't arrive. I sent 2 emails and left messages on their answerphone, but no one ever got back to me. Over 5 weeks later the products arrived. By that time I'd bought alternative products from Amazon and had been using them for 3 weeks.
VERY VERY SHODDY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be warning all of my poultry-keeping friends to avoid using this company.
