Well over one month ago I ordered some products against red mites. I received the goods in damaged condition and until today I still did not receive a new undamaged order.
Emails have not been replied concerning this issue. I'm left in the dark here. Will I ever receive any of the ordered? I certainly hope so otherwise this was an expensive learning experience never to order there again.
Customer service? No service at all!!!
