The service was excellent- quick, easy to order and the basic product is what I wanted.
It has been almost impossible to fix the top to the base as it won't twist and slide completely into place. It has come apart twice now with a cascade of pellets going everywhere.
All suggestions as to how to twist the two parts successfully together would welcomed.
