Item ordered on 21st March & we were informed that it had been despatched on 22nd March with an anticipated delivery time of 5 - 8 days. Whilst we expected this to be slightly affected by Easter holiday, we are still waiting for it 16 days later & 'help desk' insist that nothing can be done until Royal Mail return the parcel to them as undeliverable.
