I had to return an item which had turned out to be unsuitable. On March 9th I received an email saying the package had arrived and my refund would be processed "in the next few days". More than a month later I am still waiting.
These people do not answer the phone, do not respond to messages, and do not reply to emails. For all I know, they may have ceased trading.
