Firstly I didn't receive my order. I tried to track it, sent emails with no reply, after waiting for an answer for 2 or 3 weeks I said I would ask via Twitter as I wasn't sure they received my email. Got a response, goods damaged in transit another order would be sent, not even an apology for the delay in replying.... After another 3 weeks and another email or two I was eventually told they didn't have stock, again no apology, I cancelled everything and got a refund. Was very disappointed. I used Wells Poultry before and was very pleased. I don't ever intend on using Green Valley again and have obviously stopped recommending them.
