After sales customer service is dreadful. It is impossible to speak to anyone. The only form of contact is via an email contact address. The first time I made contact after receipt of an order, because I wanted to find out how to return something, it took a week to receive a reply. The second time I contacted them to ask when I would receive a refund for the returned item..... well, I'm still waiting for a reply to that, plus the follow up email I sent. I won't use them again.
