Absolutely the worst people ever to deal with. I purchased house insurance three tears ago. 1. Did not cover storm damage to my roof, even though policy clearly says its covered (claimed it was "normal" wear and tear") 2. Did not send any reminder to renew my insurance to my house was uninsured (they sent a reminder the first year, but not the second) 3. Later, accused me of lying in my application, when the issue was that the website was directing users looking for for unoccupied property insurance to the incorrect page. I don't get angry or upset often, but I lost it completely talking to these people. Avoid like the plague!
