I find their bot only service so awful. Trying to speak so someone was impossible - stupid stupid bot service. i needed to speak with a real person. a real person with a real brain.
I also had a “Josh” (see below) but she was called Poppy. Then Carla stepped in and was far more helpful. Super in fact. She also couldn’t resolve my query but at least showed an interest.
The disdain shown by Chilly’s to their customers by not providing any opportunity to connect directly is disgraceful. Particularly given their pricing....not a good experience
