Worst service - ordered a christmas gift and they sent the wrong item. Can't get hold of anyone and i've emailed 3 times now with ZERO reply.
I also received an auto 'how was our support email' but obviously i've had no support.
I just need the correct item in time for Christmas - they are such a waste of time i would absolutely not purchase anything again in the future and will not suggest them to anyone else. I think i might just return the item and give up all together!!
