Ordered and paid for an engraved bottle. Should have been delivered by 7.12.21
Hermes tracking had it as being returned to sender, no reason given.
1.5 hrs chat with Chillys , who will not refund me, stating that as it’s engraved their policy is to wait for bottle to “turn up”, this could take up to 30 days. Totally unacceptable. Awful customer service.
