I bought this item for my daughter as I thought it looked sleek and stylish and liked the idea of it keeping drinks cold for 24 hours and hot for 18 hours, however I was dissapointed that her hot drink was cold after 6 or 7 hours. It has not lived up to your proclamations so therefore I wouldn't recommend it to others for this purpose. Very dissapointed.
