The only good thing I can really say is the flask came the next day even though I missed it due to being out because shipping was advised as 3-5 working days. I have used this 750ml flask a couple of times now and would love to know which circumstances it stays hot for 18hrs. After putting purely boiling water straight out of the kettle into it and putting the lid on tight, it was only luke warm after 3hrs. It would be cold after 18hrs. Not worth the money. Buy a normal flask.
