I am rather disappointed about the big hype that has been put into promoting this very stylish, great looking design. Up to 18 hours hot? Very disappointing that after about 8 hours it was just pleasant warm. I would have never paid such incredible price, had I known liquids don't stay as hot as long as being advertised. My old design thermos, which I have already for 25 years, keeps the same hours of heat.
I have yet not tried the ice cold claim.
