Hi,
Unfortunately the bottle I received had a faulty lid which did not screw on straight and leaked on the first time of using.
I contacted you for a refund and your customer service was excellent - quick response offering a replacement lid or refund.
Whilst I was not overall impressed with the product, I thought the service was great and am sure that mine was just a one-off.
