Bought a bottle for my great nephew's 18th and completed the engraving request. At no time was my attention drawn to a character limit but they only printed part of his surname.
I'm so upset
Tried to find a number, but they obviously don't want to know.
Their 'bot' offers no reasonable choices. Messaged them via Facebook. No response.
Feel this is very cynical and unconcerned with the plight of their customers, which roughly interprets as NO CUSTONER SERVICE.
