Was impressed when my Chilly bottle arrived washed it as instructed filled with cold water. Sadly it leaked so following day contacted Chilly's and they suggested it was a faulty lid. My package arrived quickly but it contained a cleaning brush. Back to Chilly's and another few days later a second package arrived containing the replacement cap.
Now I have a fully functional Chilly's bottle, DELIGHTEDLY!!
