11 working days ( 15 days in total ) after placing my order I have still not received it .
Despite my emailing after 7 days had passed to advise of non delivery.
I am spending 6 weeks in Spain and wanted to use the bottles whilst here . There is now only 2 weeks left after which I will not need them.
I cannot believe in this day and age that you have failed to provide any sort of acceptable service .
