Great product.. Left the bottle in the car most of the day and the external surface was hot, but the contents was as cool as when I first filled it that morning..
If I had to make a suggestion, I would ask that it had an interchangeable sports lid for when in the car or at the gym.. Then I'd rate 5/5..
