As soon as I received their Switch 2, it was rattly and I knew straight away I needed to return it. Can’t be paying £40 for this.
And you know it’s a bad company who do not care for customer experience is when they make you pay for returns. You charge £40 for the bottle but can’t cover the £2-3 for returns.
I’ve been telling people not to buy their products as there’s cheaper and better products out their and you don’t need to search hard, just Google best bottles.
