Only acceptable because of the product which is great and saves plastic water bottles being reused /discarded.
Their delivery system/courier is abominable- took several emails to chase (no phone number anywhere) and eventually turned up nearly 15 days later - the original order was passed onto the delivery company with 48hrs!
Note to Chilly's - improve your Customer Services and Courier company ahead of the Xmas rush!
