Unfortunately, the Chillys bottle I purchased seems to be faulty. It did not work and water was hot within a few hours instead of 24 hours as advised. I am a bit disappointed as I was
very excited about this product. I have used the product so unable to return but I am not
sure I believe that these bottles actually work.
