The Chilly Bottle is a Christmas gift for my husband who travels a lot by car for work. Therefore my review is based on the look and customer care. This was excellent, it looks great for giving as a present and stops me worrying about him leaving plastic bottles in the car, especially on a hot sunny day. I have yet to get his verdict on keeping his drinks hot/cold. Thank you.
