The product is lovely, good quality and looks great. My only disappointment was that I emailed to say I forgot to add a bottle brush to my order and could it be added on. This was only a few hours after the order but I was told it was too late and the order had been processed. It would have been such fantastic customer service to say ' yes, no bother ' . For the sake of a postage charge it could have changed a customer into a very happy customer who would have told all my friends. It's worth considering the value of such a gesture
