The bottle was a gift, the first one sent out didn't arrive and I was really impressed with your customer service in sending out another in double quick time so that my friend wouldn't be without her gift. I haven't seen her to see what she thought of her Chilly Bottle, but she loves pink and I'm sure in the summer when she's out in the countryside she'll be very impressed with a cold drink when the weather's hot. Sure I'll be back - may treat myself !!!
