chilly bottles was a very professional company to deal with..Their customer Service was very efficient..Bottles were order & arrived within 2 days.. bottles were as seen & came in a very nice eco-friendly Brown canaster...delighted with them & they made really beautiful Gifts.. All in All I could not rate the service & quality of goods from Chilly's Bottles high enough... terrific product
