The actual bottle is excellent. However, I must say that the delay in the delivery and the amount of time(which is very valuable to anyone but especially so in my job--being a doctor, its limited)taken to get it. It was supposed to be delivered on time (pre xmas) and it wasn't despite me paying extra for it.
Eventually I did get it delivered but I extremely dissapointed with m=no compensation. 5 pounds is absolutely ridiculous as a gesture. It should have been free given all the time I have wasted.
Must say though, the bottle itself is superb!
