Purchased 2 original spill & leak proof coffee cups as a gift. Luckily I tested them first. Advertised to keep hot drinks hot for up to 6 hrs. The spill proof lid is not spill proof, as the lid is just a plastic push on type with a sip hole that allows heat to escape. You cannot close & seal the sip hole and this is not clear in their marketing. Would spill proof have a non close-able hole? …..Customer service refused a refund under proof of being mis sold on their website; but did offer a full refund once they received their cups back! Glad to return such a poor quality product. Have not yet returned or had refund because I am waiting for returns label via e-mail
